Plot 2&3 is the residential element of the wider Silverthorne Lane regeneration project which is transforming a disused post-industrial site into a vibrant new canalside community in Bristol’s Temple Quarter.

Our project team has been hard at work making preparations to make a start on delivering the long-awaited regeneration of Silverthorne Lane since planning approval was finally confirmed by the Housing Minister in April. Site remediation works will be getting under way this Autumn to prepare the site for development. This will include demolition and decontamination work as the site is cleared ready for building work to start.
